Pink Pasta ( 핑크 파스타 )

Hey everyone! today I am going to show you guys how to make Pink Pasta without food coloring. This pasta is made with beet.. which has gorgeous pink color itself. 

This pasta is perfect on mothers day, bridal shower , baby shower, and other parties.

It's fun and pretty. Recipe is really easy and simple.. so lets begin!

 simply ingredients you need

 peel the skin off 

cut the beet into small pieces

boil the water

 when the water boils add the beets

when the color changes.. take out the beet

add the pastas in

 lets blend the cooked beet in the blender

 add the blended beet in the sauce and white sauce changes to pink sauce

Iced Coffee with coffee iced cubes

Hello everyone!! today I made Iced coffee with coffee iced cubes. 

I love coffee iced cubes b/c as the coffee cubes melts.. it gives more rich flavor to my iced coffee and they are just perfect for hot weather. I hated to drink coffee or any iced beverages that has less flavor caused by meleted ice.. and I thought this would be best trick for iced drinks. If you are not a coffee fan.. freeze brued tea or your favorite drink to add rich flavor on your drink. 

here is the ingredients 

I used my favorite instant black coffee .. I didn't add any sugar or cream.. 

if you want to add syrup or sugar or cream now is the time. 

pour the coffee into the ice cube tray

I love to used this big size square ice cube tray

add ROOM temperature milk for iced coffee or water for iced americano.

Basic Curry Rice : 카레 라이스

Hey everyone ! today I made basic curry rice (카레 라이스) They are really easy to make and they are so delicious. If you are vegetarian please avoid adding the meat. Instead of meat you can also add mushroom to add the texture. 

chop everything into small bit size pieces

 * my tip : add butter and saute the meat first!! 

saute all the ingredients 

 add 2 cups of water

in the mix instruction.. they said add 3 1/2 cup of water but.. I like to add 2 cups of water 

for thicker and ricer flavor.

 after cooking the vegies about 10 -15 minutes 

add the curry mix 

 this is the curry I use in my video. 

I purchase this Korean brand curry mix at my local Korean store. I try different curry mix but this is the best for my taste! :)

Chocolate Covered Strawberry "Carrot"

Hello everyone!! Today I made chocolate covered strawberry carrot for Easter.

Easter is this week and I planned to make chocolate covered strawberry carrot for the party. I know everyone loves strawberry and chocolate... so I decide to make this dessert. It's really easy and simple to make this dessert.

YOU NEED

 fresh strawberries

 candy melts or you can use white chocolate and orange food-coloring :-D

 clean the strawberry and wipe the water with paper towel. 

If there is water on the strawberry, the chocolate wont stick to the strawberry.

 lets melt the chocolate

 if your chocolate looks like this... its ready!!!!!!!!!!!

 make sure you cover all the way to the top of the strawberry with chocolate

 with extra chocolate swirl strawberry to make design

 place it on the nice plate~ and we are done!!
