How to make Kimchi [ 김치 맛있게 만드는 방법 ]



Today I will be showing you guys how to make Korean traditional food KIMCHI !! 
yes ! 김치!! Kimchi is well known as healthy and well-being food around the world.
 It can be spicy but if you make it .. you can adjust the spiciness. 



The things you'll need ! : 

2 Napa Cabbage ( 배추)
1 medium size radish (무)
10 cups of water 
2 cups of salt 

For sauce : 
2 cups of dries red peper powder (고추가루)
1/3 cups of sweet rice flour (찹쌀가루) for 풀 (glue)
4 green onion
1 Apple 
1 cup of garlic 
1/3 Ginger 
1 Onion
1 Cup of fish sauce (액젓) or salted shrimp (새우젓)



cut cabbage in to four slices




In the big bowl , pour 10 cups of water and 2 cups of salt.
Then put sliced cabbage for 6~8 hours











 drain them from salty water
