How to make Su Jae Bi ( 고추장 감자 수제비 )



고추장 감자 수제비 ( Gochujang  Gamja Sujaebi ) is Korean traditional soup made with fresh dough torn by hand and anchovy stock. Sujaebi is my favorite dish !! especially with go chu jang. (go chu jang is Korean pepper paste)

I like to add potato in my dough, if you add potato in the dough, the texture is very chewy.



Ingredient : flour , potato , Korean pepper paste , anchovy or any stock , salt , pepper , onion , squash , green onion , minced garlic , soy sauce

mix the dough until its easy to

Prepare for stock 
[ I used anchovy for my stock ]

If you want spicy sujaebi , add go chu jang

break off the pieces and add to your soup





add the vegetables







boil it until it nicely cooked 

















if you want more spicy to your sujaebi ,  add pepper flakes










add soy sauce , pepper , salt , and minced garlic for your taste. 

















And your done ! Enjoy your delicious Gochujang sujaebi
