Bulgogi (불고기)


Bulgogi has been everybody favorite dish. Its made with beef and its sweet. Thinly sliced rib-eye is so tender and juicy. The orange and pineapple juice make this dish fruity and sweet. In my bulgogi recipe I added oranges and pineapple juice as my secret ingredients. the pineapple juice and orange tenders the meat and give nice natural sweetness to the dish. Its really easy and simple to make. All the ingredients can be purchase on your local grocery store. So lets begin making delicious Korean Bulgogi at home!!

First in the bowl lets make marinated sauce.
You add soy sauce, pineapple juice, water, sugar, garlic,pepper & cooking wine.
* STIR them until the sugar dissolves. 
( taste the sauce and add more soy sauce if its not salty enough )


Slice meat in to three parts


slice orange ( 1/2 inch )

 slice onion thinly




 then add meat ☞ orange ☞ green onion ☞  mushrooms







 Keep them in the refrigerator for 1 hour to 2 hours. 
Then cook them in the pan and enjoy your delicious bulgogi !
